I mean I thought Pokemon Red/Blue was an amazing game and under normal circumstances I think an updated remake would be a great idea. This would be the definition of the term "rip-off".

The biggest feature in Fire Red & Leaf Green is its compatibility with the already released Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire as well as Pokémon Colosseum for the GameCube (coming out November 12th in Japan). The sibling titles will feature updated graphics similar to those found in Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire and, most likely, enhanced audio as well.
